Whisky selections and guided tasting provided by Breakthru Bev. Delectable food pairings provided by DiSalvo’s Bella Cucina. Jim Ralph, former minor league goaltender and broadcaster, will emcee the evening and provide entertaining sport-themed comedy. Whisky Selection The Singleton of Dufftown: sweeter (orchard and tropical fruit, caramel), light in body, approachable. Paired with an apple, brie, and caramelized onion crostini Dalwhinnie 15: malty, biscuity, vanilla, stone fruit. Paired with an apricot-glazed chicken on a mini cheddar biscuit Talisker 10: saline, maritime, grassy, dark chocolate, orange rind. Paired with a smoked salmon and herb potato rösti with orange crème fraîche. Lagavulin 16: iodine, earthy, peppery, smoky, menthol, dark fruit sweetness.
