Somewhere along the way I noticed how much the body says when it's left holding what a person can't put into words. Physical complaints, most of the time, are actually a message. The breath is how I learned to listen. Connecting with it showed me, in my own body, how blockages loosen and how what's stuck can finally move. Maybe you're craving that same space, in your body and in your life. In my individual sessions, programs, and circles, I meet you with presence and give attention to wherever you need it most. Every session starts with the same thing: contact with the body. It has so much to say. The more we listen, the more you learn to trust it.
