About

Based on the work of Abbot Thomas Keating, Thomas Merton and others, Centring Prayer is a method of Christian meditation that places a strong emphasis on interior silence and the centring of oneself on the presence of God. Our gatherings will be very simple: a time of grounding and then an extended period of silence to open our hearts and minds to God.
