Nearly 2,200 pieces of celestial jewelry form the ribbon of time that constitutes the Observatory’s Cosmic Connection exhibit. Long-time Foundation supporter and Board President Emeritus Kara Knack collected them over decades. She generously contributed them to form the timeline, and organized both the pattern and installation of the jewelry.
