Erik Flores

Erik Flores is a singer songwriter whose songs are tied to the dierent places and circumstances that he’s found himself in on the way to where he is now. Currently based in the Texas Hill Country, his path has been steady and winding. Erik started his career in Austin, TX and after a handful of loud and eclectic years he eventually found himself in Los Angeles where he reconnected with his love of Americana/Country music. After starting the band Fairbanks & the Lonesome Light, gaining some traction and releasing two albums, he returned home to Texas and landed in the small Hill Country town of Driftwood where he writes and records the songs that will be the coming chapters of his story. His band Fairbanks & the Lonesome Light is shared with singer/writer Amelia Rose Logan. It revolves around a collection of songs written in two part harmony and built on a solid foundation of Indie Americana music. They draw from the same traditions that Jeff Tweedy, The Band, Neil Young, Gillian Welch and other similar artists seem to veer toward.
