Happier Hour brings together UCHealth, the Colorado Rapids, and the local community for an evening of movement, music, recovery, and connection. The free event includes an all-levels mat workout, an optional community run or walk, a live DJ, mobile sauna and cold plunge, complimentary food and drinks, soccer-inspired challenges, games, giveaways, and prizes.
