It’s festive season. Join us for a holiday dinner and party at Wild Horses to eat good food, drink lots of beer & bubbles and celebrate the year with cool people. Our private chef Joren Schoepen has prepared a special festive menu for the evening: Goucheres cheese puffs with Vesterhavsost Shrimp Croquettes, Crisp golden shrimp croquettes served with romesco and finely shaved cauliflower Hamachi Crudo, Delicate slices of raw hamachi with fragrant yuzu, Jerusalem artichoke and seasonal quince Roasted Chicken, Tender roasted chicken with sour cherries, earthy beetroot and a rich Christmas jus Roasted Pumpkin Sweet roasted pumpkin with chestnuts, winter kale and pickled mushrooms Baked Alaska, A festive finale of rich chocolate brownie, strawberry and fluffy lemon meringue Drinks include: kegs, bubbles, and nonalcoholic beer and sodas.
