Join our team for these great walks to improve you health and wellbeing Routes range from 1.7 miles to 3 miles in length. Each walk includes a designated front and back leader, enabling participants to walk at their preferred pace. While we encourage a pace that is slightly brisker than your usual walking speed, participants are welcome to proceed at their comfort level.
