Sundays: Bread!

About

Conservation area open 7 days a week from sunrise to sunset. Every time period and every culture has some type of bread that forms an important part of the diet. How did they bake bread in the early 1800s? What was used as a leavening agent in the Victorian era? How much did it cost to buy a loaf of bread in the early 1900s? Even at the School we are having some fun with our theme. Come find out.
