Historie
Beer was brewed within the Mühle Tiefenbrunnen walls nearly 140 years ago. The Wehrli Mill subsequently ground grain into flour here for 70 years. Blaue Ente continues the site’s culinary tradition.
- 1986Jakob Wehrli’s descendants opened Blaue Ente at Mühle Tiefenbrunnen, naming it after their former tavern in Altstetten.
