Geschichte
The building began as Albergo Milano and later became a family-run hotel under the Maspoli and Galliker families.
- 1880–1890The building was constructed as Albergo Milano.
- 1918Arturo Maspoli bought the hotel and renamed it.
- 1920sThe hotel added several garages for cars.
- 1923Arturo Maspoli’s son Arturo and Maria Galliker took over management.
- After Arturo Maspoli’s deathMaria Maspoli-Galliker and her mother expanded the hotel, adding rooms where its west terrace had been.
