Apie
Passionate about the wild plants of Provence, Vera shares her knowledge of their history and the ways they can be used in cooking, medicine or around the home. You will discover, among other things, that immortelle has excellent wound-healing properties, that a decoction of strawberry tree leaves is a very effective urinary antiseptic, that lavender flowers can be used in an infusion to help with sleep problems, and that the fruit of the hackberry tree helps with digestion… Would you like to? Then follow Vera through the gardens of Lou Calen.
