For visitors checking out, the most satisfying plan may be a beachfront breakfast and a final walk; those staying longer can give the day to an attraction they have not yet explored. In 2027, Easter Monday falls on 29 March and is a Queensland public holiday. It follows Good Friday on 26 March, Easter Saturday on 27 March and Easter Sunday on 28 March. There is no single Easter Monday event venue or admission ticket across the coast.
