History
Janaína Rueda was born in the area where the bar stands. She chose this part of the city centre to open her bar and help improve its surroundings. The jaguar, which inspires the team, lent the bar its name. The chef also volunteers to replace processed school meals with fresh food in state schools. School cooks are trained through the project. The chef supports the Instituto Onça Pintada, which works to protect jaguars, their prey and habitats, and peaceful coexistence with people.
