History
Braza’s rodízio tradition traces its roots to the Pampas Gaúchos of southern Brazil. Its churrasco draws on gaucho cattle drives, when meat was cooked over an open fire and shared.
- 2007André Felicio founded the restaurant group, opening the first Braza in Leichhardt.
