History
The building belongs to the Bennásar Siquier family. After the shipyard moved, the premises were divided into commercial units housing a mechanical workshop, barber shop, art-painting workshop and amusement-machine store. Previous hospitality businesses included Pub Jaque Mate, Pub Mentita, Bar Benjamín, Pub Celeste and Bar Nuevo Club Balear ‘Pino’.
