- 1957Migros Geneva and Au Grand Passage began buying plots for the centre.
- 1958The château on the site was demolished.
- 1971The first phase opened with 40 shops across 27,000 m² and a two-level underground garage. Migros wholly owns the centre.
- 1999Pathé opened a 13-screen multiplex beside the centre.
- 2000An expansion added the « demi-lune » on the site of a relocated Migrol service station.
