History

The ballroom’s history spans two world wars and political upheavals.

  1. 1890–1891The building was commissioned by Hermann Graeff and the innkeepers Fritz and Clara Bühler and Clara Habermann.
  2. More than 100 yearsA meeting place for music, dance and culture.
  3. c. 1925The building was remodeled.
  4. 1965The building was remodeled again.
