History
Architect Gerd Graf of Montabaur designed the complex.
- 2006A transport company depot was demolished on the former municipal utility site for the outlet centre’s construction.
- 2007The centre opened on 15 December with more than 45 manufacturers across 10,000 square metres of retail space.
- 2011Visitor numbers exceeded 1.5 million for the first time.
- 2013A six-month expansion ended in December, adding a third elliptical shop building and room for 25 retail, dining and service businesses.
- 2018A fourth elliptical building opened on 24 October. The second expansion created about 150 jobs, taking the workforce to around 450.
