History
Before Easey’s, Jeremy Gaschk worked with Phil Martin on the Don’t Ban The Can festival, which raised money to oppose proposed graffiti and street-art law changes.
- 2013Jimmy Hurlston published The Burger Book – Victoria.
- 2014Jimmy Hurlston, Phil Martin and Jeremy Gaschk joined forces to build Easey’s.
- 1 May 2015Easey’s opened to the public.
- 2023Jimmy and Phil remained in charge, while Jeremy had moved on.
