History

FIFA leased the building in April 2013, and the City approved the plans that November. Museum renovation work ran from 2014 to December 2015.

  2. 2009–2015Haus zur Enge underwent renovation and partial redesign.
  3. 2012Sepp Blatter and the FIFA Executive Committee proposed a Zurich museum about world football history.
  4. April 2013FIFA signed a 40-year lease for Haus zur Enge.
  5. November 2013The City of Zurich Building Authority approved the museum plans.
