- 1768–1770The building was constructed as a cloth hall.
- LaterIt was used as a warehouse.
- Around 1925Paul Wolf converted it for Stadtbank Dresden.
- February 1945Air raids left the building burned out as a ruin.
- 1956 and 1958Work secured the façade.
