- About 100 years agoThe former Park-Hotel Nidwaldnerhof had a covered terrace, balcony rooms, a music salon, electric lighting, a shaded park and a 400-metre lakeside stretch.
- About 100 years agoFormer winter garden: a lake-view room seating 40 people.
- After 1979Later terrace: it seated 120 guests and had lake and mountain views.
- 1979The Park-Hotel was demolished.
- 2004Claudia and Rolf Stucki-Frutig took over the hotel.
