  2. 1964The first pavilion was demolished to make way for a replacement.
  3. 1966The outdoor pool opened.
  4. 1966The Peguis Pavilion, first called Kildonan Park Pavilion, opened. Blankstein Coop Gillmor and Hanna designed it.
  5. 1967Plans for two outdoor pools for the Pan Am Games were dropped; Pan Am Pool hosted the aquatic events.
