The Redolfi family has owned the hotel for eighty years.
- 19th centuryThe hotel building dates to this century and is associated with the Eiffel School.
- 1989Bernard Redolfi invited artist Joël Ducoroy to transform room 83, beginning the hotel’s art collection.
- 2004Odile Redolfi-Payen took over the hotel.
