History
Konsumverein led the project to enter the shopping-centre business, with Maus-Gruppe joining as co-owner. Möbel Pfister and C&A were among its early major tenants.
- 1984–1987The centre was built in stages on the sites of a K3000 supermarket and a Jumbo home improvement store.
- 1991–1995Coop acquired a majority stake in Konsumverein in 1991 and took it over fully in 1995.
- 1998Coop sold Billi to Denner, which took over 49 of its 60 stores.
- September 2000Vilan was renamed Manor as the chain adopted one brand name.
- UndatedC&A left the centre, and its space became a shared Dosenbach Schuhe and Ochsner Sport store. Pfister reduced its showroom and now focuses on curtains and home accessories.

- BusLetzipark West on Baslerstrasse serves the main entrance. Trolleybus 31 stops at Letzipark on Hohlstrasse, with a side entrance leading to Manor.
- ParkingEnter the car park from Hohlstrasse or Baslerstrasse. Pay through Parkingpay or Superpunkte.
- On footThe Baslerstrasse entrance connects to the middle shopping level and car-park level 4. Hohlstrasse access connects to the lower shopping level and car-park level 2.
- TrainThe centre can be reached by train, tram and bus.
