Across generations, the family has kept churros, porras and chocolate at the heart of its business while preserving traditional craft methods.
- 1902Don Florencio began selling churros on Madrid streets at the corner of Calle Atocha and Paseo del Prado.
- 1982Don Galo, Doña Ana and the fourth generation opened the family’s first shop in Plaza de Jacinto Benavente.
- 2004Joaquín Gorrachategui led the creation of the Maestro Churrero brand.
