MAISON HORNBERG - 4 Star Superior Hotel in Chalet-Style in Saanenmöser near Gstaad
History
- 1936/1937Built by Werner and Helene von Siebenthal-Hauswirth, the pension opened in winter with 24 beds.
- 1970Their eldest son Peter and his wife Elisabeth took over, ran it for 33 years and together led building work that gave the hotel its present form.
- 2003Brigitte von Siebenthal and Christian Hoefliger took over the family business and have run the hotel since.
- 2016Peter passed away in May. Elisabeth still meets guests on guided hikes and at the restaurant.
- November 2023The hotel was renamed MAISON HORNBERG.
