Businessman Telman Ismailov had the hotel built on the Kundu coast in Aksu, Antalya.
- 2009Opened to visitors on 23 May. Guests at the opening included Mariah Carey, Richard Gere and Sharon Stone.
- 2015After the owner's bankruptcy, the hotel was leased out.
- 2018In December, Titanic Hotels announced that it would take over the hotel.
- 2026Swandor Hotels acquired the hotel after Titanic Hotels had operated it.
