History
One brother ran the kitchen and simmered the stocks for hours to make the base of the rice. The other ran the front of house with a blunt, no-nonsense manner. Queues formed down the narrow Baixa streets as demand grew. Two branches later opened nearby: Uma Marisqueira II and Arrozaria.
