History
The success of the five-month lunch project prompted the chef to open an izakaya. Bravo Ricky, craftspeople, friends and family helped transform premises that had housed a Chinese restaurant for 40 years.
- 2019Miake began as a Japanese lunch project at Bollwerk Buvette in summer 2019.
- 2020Miake Izakaya was inaugurated on September 19, 2020.
