1852Joseph Anton Clemenz opened the Hotel Mont Cervin with 14 guest beds.
1857–1867Alexander Seiler I leased the hotel in 1857 and became its owner in 1867.
1891–1895After Alexander Seiler I died, his widow Catharine Cathrein ran the family business until 1895.
1908Alexander II converted the company into a joint-stock company.
1920–1943Hermann Seiler led the company after Alexander II’s death.

2005After renovations, the Mont Cervin was given the name Palace.
