History
PK Cocktail Bar began with gatherings in Gregory Chrysos’s home. He carved a path into Fira’s cliffside and built the bar by hand, including its arches, stairs, caves, floors, iron railings, chairs and tables. The family-run bar continues under his child, who learned drink-making and hospitality from Gregory and still changes the bar in his spirit.
