The current hosts succeeded Tine Giaccobo and Katharina Sinniger.
- 1897The building was constructed in the style of Zürich’s red and white castles and called the “Golden Castle.”
- 1994The tenants renamed it Restaurant Alpenrose and established its Swiss-cuisine focus.
- 2016Stiftung Arbeitskette took over, refurbished the restaurant and continued its Swiss-cuisine focus as an integration and comeback business.
