History
Angelo began washing dishes at 13 in Santo Stefano Quisquina. At 14, he made his first dish, tagliatelle with ragù, then gained restaurant experience in Belluno, Milano Marittima and Parma from age 16. The manager has an Arts degree from Russia and chose restaurant work over a university post.
- 1998Angelo considered moving to America, but an unexpected event changed his plans.
- 2010Angelo sold his house, and his partner left interpreting to help build the restaurant business.
