Renzetti trained as a cook before going to China.
- 1993Sylvain Renzetti was born in the Arcachon basin.
- 2019After two years as chef at Bistrot d’Audenge, Renzetti opened Son' Restaurant.
- 2022Gault&Millau named Renzetti a Jeune Talent Nouvelle-Aquitaine and awarded the restaurant two toques.
- 2024–2026Renzetti created Sauce Incandescente in 2024; its patent was issued in early 2026.
