History

During a redesign of the square, the remains of a young woman dating from the 18th century were found at the chapel’s outer wall. U1 service began in 1978 and U3 in 1991.

  1. 1137Construction of the cathedral began on the square.
  2. 1214A protonotary’s house and chaplaincy were recorded there.
  3. 1230–1245The cathedral was enlarged.
  4. 1237A school on the square was recorded.
  5. 13th centuryA parish house and charnel house were documented on the square.
