  2. Spanish Civil WarThe Comité Ejecutivo de Espectáculos Públicos controlled the theatre; Casa de los Obreros retained ownership afterward.
  3. December 2011Management by the Generalitat Valenciana ended.
  4. January 2012Olympia Metropolitana S.A., the current operator, took over management.
