History

  1. UndatedBeach erosion led to the Gulf View Inn moving 300 feet inland.
  2. 1975Two entrepreneurs bought the former inn as a potential rental property. They found an expired beer and wine license that could be reactivated for $100.
  3. January 29, 1976The former inn reopened as a restaurant.
  4. 1980Swiss restaurateur Andreas Bieri bought an interest in the restaurant.
  5. 2011–2016Bieri bought out the other partners and resumed managing the restaurant.
