History
Chef Mak Kwai Pui, formerly of Lung King Heen, started the restaurant with Chef Leung Fai Keung. The small, low-cost dim sum shop later earned a Michelin star. The brand is known as the pioneer of the baked BBQ pork bun. It made a first-ever collaboration with Yung Kee on a baked roasted goose bun. A Lee Garden Two branch in Causeway Bay opened and debuted a global dim sum innovation lab.
