Kids’ WB Fun Zone has car rides, carousels, frog hoppers and splash pads.
Junior Driving School takes riders around a miniature replica of the park.
Road Runner Rollercoaster opened in 2000 as Australia’s first coaster designed for children.

Plan time on Main Street each afternoon for the character parade, with themed floats and vehicles.

History

C. V. Wood designed the park with a layout inspired by Universal Studios Hollywood and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

1986Dino De Laurentiis commissioned a film studio in Oxenford.
1988Village Roadshow bought the studio company and acquired land beside the studio complex.
1989–1991Construction took about 16 months and cost an estimated $120–140 million.
2 June 1991More than 5,000 people attended the opening ceremony.
3 June 1991The park opened to the public with attractions introducing filmmaking processes.
