History
- 1860Brewmaster Karl Stiegler founded a wheat beer brewery at the Büchl site.
- 1897Xaver Huber took over the brewery and expanded its operation.
- 1976Freisinger Hofbräuhaus took over distribution of Huber wheat beer, which has since been brewed to the original recipe.
- 1999The Wagner family took over the building and converted it into an inn.
