Deep Immersive Soundbath Session Friday 20th November | 7:00pm-8:00pm Cowdray Hall provides the perfect space to experience a deeply therapeutic and immersive sound meditation. The acoustics of the space interact with the combined low resonances and higher harmonics of a series of larger 36-44 inch gongs with their incredible expansive range.The gongs are played with intricate detail based on many years of experience to ensure that you are held in a safe and powerful sonic space throughout the session. The sessions includes other instruments such as singing bowls and chimes to compliment and introduce the gongs, creating a varied and powerful experience. Jez Smith FRSA, is a qualified sound therapist and historical musician with over 40 years of musical experience. With sound work he specialises in sound in nature and multi-sensory methods. He has a wide and varied range of beautiful venues including regular sessions at Kew Gardens. This wealth of experience and deep understanding of the instruments ensures you will have a restorative and relaxing sound meditation session.
