Chef: Mark de Souza or Paul Desport | November 5 and 23 | 6pm-8pm | A$130pp At the beginning of your workshop all participants will team-up into pairs. During the workshop you will all follow the same recipes to learn mincing, stuffing, twisting sausages and practicing techniques to cook sausages the right way. Then you will enjoy the delicious tastings of your own freshly cooked sausages!
