Through guided instruction and hands-on fieldwork, guests will learn the art of responsible foraging, from identifying edible plants and seasonal ingredients to understanding how their distinctive flavors can be used in the kitchen. Along the way, sample house-made oils, vinegars, sauces, ferments and spices before gathering a selection of your own foraged finds to take home and incorporate into your cooking.
