Zgodovina
Athlete and Czechoslovak swimming and diving representative Běla Friedländerová-Havlová helped shape the design and sporting concept. She also led sports and physical-education courses mainly for women and girls.
- 1930–1932Architect and builder Václav Pilc designed and built the functionalist hotel. Plans combined a hotel with a guesthouse, café, offices, shops, garages and sports facilities.
- 1933–1934The hotel opened around the turn of 1933 and 1934.
