Zgodovina
- 2014Yuhei and Sandra founded Yukiguni to serve ramen and introduce a then little-known part of Japanese culture. Yuhei comes from Hokkaido, Japan’s northernmost main island. Sandra is Swiss and studied and lived in Japan for three years.
- 2020Vincent, who has Swiss and Canadian origins and has lived in Japan, joined the founding duo.
