Tarihçe
Genève-Plage grew from the Lullin family’s baths into the current lakeside facility. Its grounds were created using rubble from the demolition of the old Cornavin station.
- 18th centuryThe Lullin family built baths at the end of chemin des Eaux-Vives, considered precursors to Genève-Plage.
- 1932The current facility was built alongside quai de Cologny and its promenade.
- 1972The largest pool, built to Olympic dimensions, entered service.
- Later additionA windsurfing centre was added.
