About

A workshop for anyone new to dance or who wants to move without pressure. The focus is on having fun and enjoying movement. Building on the fundamentals of contemporary dance, choreographer and performance artist Sara Lanner and the participants will work together in this workshop to develop dynamic choreographies that make full use of the space. The focus is on individual expression and flow.
