Histoire
Geaam became chef-owner of Auberge Nicolas Flamel in Paris in 2007. Restaurant Alan Geaam received its first Michelin star in 2018, and he opened Qasti Bistrot in Paris in 2020.
- 2022Alan Geaam took charge of the menu.
- August 2024The restaurant adopted the name Qasti.
